Longview Ranch is in the process of changing their cattle herd over to Red Angus mother cows (Copy)

The Longview Ranch is in the process of changing our cattle herd over to Red Angus mother cows.

It has been a busy spring calving out 160 first year heifers and another 140 second year mothers.

All has gone smoothly and Longview Ranch looks forward to these great cattle producing calves for the next 12 to 15 years.

These better quality cattle allow us to run fewer numbers of cattle total and still create the income we need to operate the ranch and ensure we have plenty of feed for the cattle and wildlife at Longview Ranch.
